Nikki is a first-time home buyer relocating to Southwest Florida to take her first position after graduating from Medical School recently. She came to me as a referral from another Keller Williams agent. Nikki was using a unique loan type with specific terms related to her new employment, and we were on a tight deadline with a strict schedule. We needed to get her into a home before starting her new career across the state from her hometown.
Medical Professional Loans Are Tricky
Suppose I were not involved in this transaction. Nikki could have missed the crucial deadlines of the loan she was using and risking needing to wait to buy a home until months after her employment started. My team and I live by the calendar, always know what deadlines need to be met, and are proactive in lining up documents, signatures, or other actions.
